Everything you need to know to be prepared for our Brand Mini Launch.

We’re excited for your Brand Mini Launch. In preparation, please read the following so you know what to expect, and then fill out the form on this page below (you can also email that info if you prefer).
The Brand Mini is an intensive and interative process designed for me to get your brand guidelines and core messaging packaged and ready to go at the highest quality and quickest turn around by focusing on just your project for a short but powerful design sprint! In order to make the process go smoothly we do as much of the backend research and creative work as we can beforehand. This means by the time you arrive we have thought a lot about your company and, based on the strategy in the Get Loud Game Plan brief you approved, have developed a plan to build a badass brand that will set you up for the world domination you’ve been dreaming of!
The Brand Mini Launch is an iterative process that builds on itself. We have a schedule that we follow to ensure that we deliver all items as promised. This requires us to move along in the process in a somewhat timely manner.
That doesn’t mean there isn’t room for feedback! Quite the contrary, we welcome your reactions, thoughts and questions as they come up. It’s important that we discuss all feedback before moving forward because all future decisions build on previous decisions.

Your To-Do List

Please fill out the following form no less than 1 week before the Website Refresh Intensive so we can make sure the project goes smoothly. (Please note the form will not save work to come back to, if you need time to fill it out please either just email us the answers, or use a document to back up your work!) Current Website

Login info (or admin access) to your current site in case we need it to import your blog to the new site. Please not any specific updates you need (for example, new staff, programming, location etc.)

URL Domain

Login for your godaddy.com account (or wherever you purchased your domain.) If you do not have a domain yet, let us know your ideas now!

Business URL Email

Do you currently have an email set up with your business url? If so, what service do you use? If you don’t we recommend using google mail and we can set this up with you during the Branding Bootcamp, please let us know either way.

What services does your company offer?

List all specific services or programming with descriptions that need to be included on your website.

Trust Symbols

Please list, if applicable, any impressive client testimonials, certifications, business memberships, associations media features that we can use to add credibility to your website (and if you don't have any that's OK too!)

Websites/Brands you like

If you haven't already, please tell us a few websites or brands that you like, either in your field or not, and tell us what you specifically do and don't like about them. You can also send this in an email. (Don't worry, we're not looking for you to pick a design direction, this is more for us to understand your taste and your definition of design words!)

Social Media

Which social media channels do you use? Please send logins for all social media accounts you currently use or invite Ray Fontaine dreambig@bywaterbranding.com as an admin user. List social channels you’d like to use but don’t have an account for yet. If you need support for this - do not hesitate to reach out.

Newsletter Service

If we are planning to build you a newsletter template, please send the login for the service you currently use.

Business Cards

Please give all text you'd like to appear on all business cards AS YOU'D LIKE IT TO APPEAR with correct capitalizations and such so we can cut and paste and avoid typos

Outline the online functions and platforms you use. Please share usernames and logins for any platforms Bywater Branding will need to access. List what platforms you will be adding Bywater Branding as an admin to. Please use "dreambig@bywaterbranding.com" to add administrative access. Anything for your payment processing, booking, calendaring, or other functionality that will be integrated into the website.
